Strawberry-blueberry vanilla smoothie

I know, I know, I am a crazy sucker for smoothies.
They are refreshing, delicious, and endless
when it comes to what can possibly be blended up.
(you've seen this before)

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries

1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt

vanilla soy milk (or enough to make it thick)

1 frozen banana

mix together.

Mmmmm! I'm hopelessly addicted to smoothies, too. I'd say it's a pretty good addiction, though, on the spectrum of possible addictions. I don't know if you're a coconut fan, but if you are, there's a naughty little secret on the alcohol aisle of your local grocer, you can buy this coconut cream that they use to make mixed drinks, and it is DiViNe in pina coladas or just in a regular fruit smooothie--me likey very much! Hearts to you, miss NieNie.

Tis True...Smoothies are the best way to get your fruits and veggies. I sometimes throw spinach in mine because my boys refuse to eat veggies...and surprisely so, they enjoy the beautiful green color it makes and they don't even ask. I will be trying your delicious recipe soon. Yum Yum.

We are dairy free around here for an allergy in the family- noticed your vanilla soymilk, and thought I'd suggest coconut milk as well! Good for the same consistency, and gives smoothies a lovely subtle flavor.

Yum! I make a smoothie like this almost every day. The only difference is that I use apple juice for the liquid and I throw in a handful of spinach (nobody even knows that it is in there)!
