nie nie, i need to THANK you. Because of your wonderful recipe, Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Garlic, Zucchini and Tomato, my kids (for the first time in MONTHS!) ate something I made for dinner. Thank you, thank you AND thank you. Oh, and keep those wonderful recipes coming!!
Hi! I stumbled across your blog a couple weeks ago and have really enjoyed your recipes. We're meat-eaters but I'm trying to include more vegetarian and vegan dishes in our diet. Thanks a bunch from down South!
I just printed off all of your June recipes. Your plethora of zucchini recipies will allow me to use up MY plethora of zucchini. And maybe get my hub to eat more ww.

Nienie- I am a good friend of Adachef, we went to Culinary school together and a fan of all of your work. Anyway, I am very curious if you have any meatless recipies that are toddler friendly? I am starting work at a daycare next week and have a child who is a vegetarian. The alternative the care center wants to use is Tofu, so I am turning to you for adivce. Anyway, I would love for some ideas! Thank you! -Michael
Hey--I just found your blog through my friend's blog--totally random. I actually think I may have been here before. I meant to post on your other blog--but I see you have disabled comments. Anyhoodles, I'm the painting mom that met you outside of Claire's class. Just thought I'd say hello.
can't wait to see some more recipes! (my husband is a friend of your sister courtney and used to work with your brother steve at sportshoes.) we are vegetarian in our house as well and i started a blog with a few of my fellow vegetarian friends to share recipes that we had tried and loved. feel free to check it out!

we've only had it going for about a month, so it's a work in progress!
Hi Nie - I've been eating oatmeal lately but haven't tried steel-cut yet; just been using regular rolled. Will steel-cut work with your "recipe" you have here; 2-4 oatmeal where you boil the water & the let sit covered for 15 minutes? Does that work with the steel cut oats or do they need to cook longer - thanks & I love your Valentine's decorations! Makes me really long for a mantel. *sigh* they're not as easy to come by here in AZ :) Have a great week!
Oh and PS, I would love to know what your kids snack on as I can tell you have mostly very healthy, unprocessed food in your household... I try but I do find myself gravitating towards convenience too often...
Stephanie Aurora Clark Nielson returns from a almost fatal plane crash. Happy to be blogging again from Utah and recovering too. Four happy children and one sweet husband make her life as good as it gets.

You know what, I think that you should make a cookbook like they make in just about every relief society I've been to. That would be yummy!!
