My son was badly burned the month before your accident. Since Oct, I have followed CJ's & then your posts....finding great inspiration in your family's love & support for each other. I've cried along w/ you...during your triumphs & your disappointments. So much of it runs so parallel to my son's story that it would be impossible not to empathize deeply. I've never formally sent you an email as I figured you were inundated & had your hands full but I just wanted to tell you how much I admire your strength & goodness & how happy I am that you are recovering so miraculously...God is good & we are blessed! The recipe sounds great too & I can't wait to try it!
Yeah! I'm so excited. By the way, on your last Cuisine Nie you said you would post about the food you made for the car trip to Utah. I;m really want to know because I never know what to pack to eat in the car.
Hooray! I've been wanting to "eat less meat" but didn't know what to cook instead! Also, thank you for making me feel like an ice-cream cone instead of a burrito(smothered) here at home with my 4 kids. I'm sure that this one paradigm shift has been a great benefit to my family.
I've been wondering if you were going to revive this little gem. I'm thrilled to see you have! Can't wait for some new recipes.
We are making your whole wheat pizza for dinner tonight!! I have been praying that you would return to this blog!! Thanks for ALL of your inspiration!!
I am so excited! I have never read this blog before but I will now. I am addicted to your other blog. I just want to say that you're the most amazing personxx
Welcome back to the cooking world! Thank You so much for all your great recipes and inspiration! Because of health concerns with my daughter we are becoming vegetarians and your recipes have sure helped.
I saw someone request this come-back on CJane's frog. I couldn't have agreed with her more!! Yay-yay! More healthy food. And Thank you!
So happy! Nie you still owe us the a recipe about what you eat while traveling, after your accident you of course hadn't gotten to it but would love to read what you were thinking about and do/prepare for a healthy eating while on the road.
Yay! I'm so excited! I can't wait to see what all you cook up!And, can I make a request? I would LOVE it if you would do another Week in the Life set of posts demonstrating your vegetarian lifestyle. I refer to that section all.the.time. But, it was summer when you did it before, and I'd love to read about the meals you cook in the fall and winter! So great to see this good stuff again!
Hoooooray! So glad to see you back here and on "regular" NieNie.
THANK YOU! Can not tell you how much I love your CuisineNie site and how often we have used it! You are a gem, Stephanie!!
Oh how I've missed you, Stephanie! Many of my favorite recipes are from your blog. My husband simply couldn't live without your: whole wheat pizza dough, herb biscuits, zucchini muffins, salsa, tacos, etc.!Welcome home!
Okay, what is this PH we're supposed to stay away from? I get what HFC is, but I can't figure out the PH?!
Good to see you back in the kitchen again X
Hooray! I hardly ever cook with meat, but I'm getting tired of my same old repertoire. I'm so excited to get some new ideas and try your recipes! By the way - thank you so much for your other blog and for your honesty and courage. Your posts has helped me through the hardest year of my life. You have taught me how to keep an eternal perspective, even when things get tough. As President Kimball said, God usually answers our prayers through others - you've helped me receive some of my answers.
I am so excited! We eat ala Cusine Nie all the time, and now that there are going to be more recipes hubs is never going to want to go out to eat! Thank you so much!

Yay! I love your recipes and all that you blog about! You are truly an inspiration to us all!!BTW, that cake is beautiful! Was it done by you?
You do it meat-free? I never knew! I'm not meat-free, but pretty meat-light. And someone said you made something unlikely with kale? A woman after my own heart. I keep trying to tell people what kale is.Hooray for the Oprah interview! Very cool. I can appreciate what you mean about the lion-ness, but the rust-orange ruffly shirt looked really appropriately autumn to me.
I can't wait to see what you start cookin'!
The pumpkin woopies just did it for me... amazing!!
I would love to have this cookbook! Thanks for the giveaways and cool blog site. :O)
What a great blog! I'm so glad that I found it. I'd also love to have the cookbook, it would be fabulous. Thanks for the wonderful recipes.
