Back for May

(me and the Mr. in the kitchen cooking...blurry picture courtesy of Nic)

I am back...not that I have a whole lot of energy to cook these days.
But, you have all been so kind to want my recipes, so here you go.
I will try and get cooking.

Thanks, Nie.

Stephanie,

I haven't cooked in years, but since you're going to make a herculean effort, I promise to follow you! And, I promise to fill my table with people to whom I will serve!

BTW, Nic has quite the artistic eye!

Where is the recipe for the pizza on your regular blog? Looks delicious. I am a vegetarian married to a meat and potatoes man. I love to cook for him, in fact I love to cook in general. I look forward to your sharing recipes :) Yummy tummy.

I can't wait to try out some of your recipes. I haven't cooked for nearly a year since my partner left (ready meals are so much easier) but today I'm going to make something from scratch. You inspire me Nie and if you can do it so can I. love hugs and prayers. Pam xx

This makes me so incredibly happy! Even if you're not cooking, it's wonderful to have access to the archives again. Thank you so much!

Hey Nie,

I'm so glad you opened it up again! You know, even if you never post another recipe again on this site, I am sure we would ALL so appreciate if you left the blog up, regardless of whether you are updating it! I went to get one of your recipes and when I hopped on here it was gone, and I was so upset because I couldn't make the dinner I planned! :( I am so glad it's back up- it's my dinner database!

Heather said...

I agree with Emily, above - - I would love some new recipes, but mostly, I wanted the recipes that are already here, many of which I use often. I'd written to you quite a while ago to see if it would ever be made public again but never got a response so I thought all hope was lost. So glad to see it back up and running!

Stephanie, I have to tell you that I absolutely love reading your blogs. You are such an inspiration to me! I stumbled across NieNie Dialouges via a friends blog a couple of months ago, and read all of your posts. You are a beautiful person inside and out.
So glad you are bringing your recipes back! I had started to check them out and was bummed when they were gone.
P.S. Your post about the women that sends you mean emails broke my heart and made me so sad for you. You don't deserve that at all!
Hope you don't get anymore of those.

When I realized that you weren't doing this blog anymore I sadly took it off of my blog and then complained on other foodie blogs that yours was gone. I'm glad it worked.
BTW sweets, your clicky thingy to get your button doesn't work. I only clicked on it 104 times before I was convinced that it wasn't going to work. ;)

Hi, Stephanie! I am so glad you have brought your cooking blog back. I was very sad to see it gone, I came to look for healthy vegetarian recipes because my husband and I are looking for creative ways to eat low fat and healthy because of high cholesterol. I especially need ideas for chickpeas and black beans that do not involve mounds and mounds of cheese. I hope your hunchie experiment is successful this time. I am praying for you and for your success and surgeries.

Nienie-

Your LDS video was very cool. I like that it is on the church website. You are a good example for LDS women. I think that there needs to be a movement in the church of hip, cool, and artistic women. Your personal style shows that. Thank you Nienie for being such an amazing person.
